You are entirely responsible for the Content that you post, share, modify, upload, transmit, update, or host, and it is your obligation to ensure that your Content complies with these Guidelines as well as the Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions Policy, and so on.
These Guidelines apply to all Full Throttle Always members, and Full Throttle Always may, in its sole discretion, take action against any content provided by users that does not conform with these Guidelines.

CHILD SAFETY
Full Throttle Always prioritizes the safety of minors. Content that exploits, endangers, or depicts minors inappropriately is strictly forbidden. Any suspected child exploitation or abuse will be reported to the appropriate authorities immediately. Users must ensure that any content featuring minors complies with all applicable laws and regulations and adheres to our community guidelines.

Spam and scams undermine the integrity of our community. We prohibit the posting of unsolicited promotional content, fraudulent schemes, and deceptive practices. Users should refrain from engaging in activities that involve spamming, phishing, or spreading malware. Violations will lead to content removal and may result in account suspension or banning.
CONTENT AUTHENTICITY
We value authentic and original content. Users should only post content that they have created or have the right to use. Misrepresenting someone else’s work as your own or using misleading tactics to gain visibility is prohibited. Authenticity fosters trust and respect within the community, and violations of this principle will be addressed accordingly.

All content shared on Full Throttle Always must comply with local, national, and international laws. Users are responsible for ensuring that their posts do not violate any legal statutes or regulations. Content that involves illegal activities or promotes unlawful behavior will be removed, and the responsible users may face legal consequences.

The health and safety of our community members are paramount. Content that promotes unsafe practices, false health information, or activities that could harm individuals is prohibited. Users should prioritize accurate, evidence-based information, and the promotion of safe, healthy lifestyles.
APPEAL PROCESS CLARIFICATION
Users have the right to appeal enforcement actions taken against their accounts. If you believe your content was removed unfairly or your account was suspended or banned in error, you may contact FTA support with a detailed explanation of your case. Our moderation team will review appeals thoroughly and provide a resolution based on our guidelines and policies.
CONTENT MODERATION TRANSPARENCY
Full Throttle Always is committed to transparency in content moderation. We use a combination of automated tools and human review to ensure compliance with our guidelines. Our nudity detection relies on open-source libraries, and flagged content is reviewed by our moderation team. Users will be notified of content removals or account actions, including the reasons for these decisions, and can seek further clarification if needed.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
We ask that you respect other people’s copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. If we get a complaint that you have violated someone else’s intellectual property rights, we will remove your content(s) without warning. In accordance with our Terms & Conditions and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we react to reports of suspected copyright infringement.
HARASSMENT, THREATS, CYBER-BULLYING, AND HATE SPEECH
Threats to damage any person or property are absolutely forbidden.
All types of extortion, harassment, intimidation, predatory behavior, stalking, breaching anyone’s privacy, or exposing other people’s private information are banned.
Post no content that promotes, incites, or condones violence, hatred, or discrimination against any individual or group of individuals based on nationality, race, ethnicity, region, religion, caste, disability, deformity, age, sex, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or political affiliation.
SELF-HARMFULNESS, SUICIDE, AND DANGEROUS CONTENTS
We do not allow anything that portrays, glorifies, encourages, advises, or supports any type of self-harm or self-injury to be uploaded.
VIOLENT AND GRAPHIC MATERIALS
Do not upload violent, brutal, or graphic content that is primarily meant to be startling, sensational, or gratuitous, or that depicts violent or accidental deaths of actual people.
SOLICITATION AND SEXUALLY EXPLICIT CONTENT
FTA strictly prohibits the sharing of explicit adult content, including but not limited to pornography, sexually explicit images, or videos. Any content that involves partial nudity must be fitness-related, such as showcasing fitness results or exercise demonstrations, and must adhere to community standards of decency. Ensure all content is appropriate for members aged 18 and above. Content intended for a mature audience should include appropriate warnings and must still comply with our no explicit content rule.
Creating and Managing Your Agg
Ensure all information provided in your Agg is accurate and up-to-date.
Your Agg is a reflection of your professional brand. Maintain a professional tone and presentation.
Any products or services advertised in your Agg must comply with FTA’s community guidelines and all relevant laws and regulations.
Fitness Finder and Shopping Mall
Members can choose to opt into the FITNESS FINDER to promote their products or services.
You can list your products and services in the FTA Shopping Mall at no charge, but all listings must comply with FTA’s community guidelines.
Clearly disclose all relevant information about your products and services, including pricing and terms of sale.
Community Board and Push-ups
Use the Community Board to engage in meaningful conversations. Avoid trolling, spamming, or derailing discussions.
Engage in discussions respectfully. Disagreements are natural but should be handled with civility.
Enjoy our short video feature, Push-ups, responsibly. Ensure all uploaded videos adhere to our content guidelines and respect community standards.
NUDITY DETECTION
How We Define Adult Content
Adult content includes pornography, sexually explicit images, or videos, and any form of nudity that is not fitness-related or fails to adhere to community standards of decency.
How We Detect Nudity
We use open-source libraries to detect nudity in submitted content. These libraries analyze images and videos for explicit material. Content flagged as containing nudity is reviewed by our moderation team for appropriate action.
How to Mark Your Content
If your content contains partial nudity for fitness-related purposes, clearly mark it as such and ensure it complies with our guidelines. Include warnings for mature content and ensure it adheres to the no explicit content rule.
REPORTING AND ENFORCEMENT
If you encounter any content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it to the FTA moderators.
Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent banning from the community, depending on the severity of the violation.
